Coolster Bio - Coolster has been around for about 6 years now. They are known as having an odd name but well built product. Unlike alot of companies that import powersports product they are known for designing and manufacturing their own frames instead of outsourcing. This means better quality control. They have used ZongShen engines since the beginning and and were one of the first. Today most competitors with Coolster are now using the ZongShen motor because of its proven reliability. Killer was invited to China to help with the redesign of some of their products in 2007 and Killer also helped develop the current graphics kits used on their bikes. Here is a quick rundown of what you can expect to assemble when you get your unit! Dirt Bikes / Pit Bikes - Typical installation include mounting up the handlebars, installing the rear shock, and mounting up the front tire. From time to time you might have to put on little things like the gas cap and foot pegs. The unit comes full with break in oil. ATVS / 4 Wheelers - Typical installation include mounting all 4 tires, mounting up the handlebars, and mounting up the luggage racks (if your unit comes with one). Sometimes you will have to install some small things like the gas cap, etc. The unit comes full with break in oil. Scooters / Mopeds - Depending on what unit you get, here are some things you might have to mount on the scooter, Battery, Mirrors, Rear Storage Box, Windshield, Front Tire. Typically all scooters come fully assembled and you only have to put on a couple small things to make it complete. The unit comes full with break in oil. Go Karts / UTVS - Typical installation will include mounting up the tires, putting the seats in, as well as the top roll cage bars, steering wheel, and a couple other small things.
