Scooters by Wheel Size

Traditionally, when a scooter is sized, it is done so considering the cubic centimeters of the engine (50cc, 150cc, 250cc). This gives an indication of the power of the scooter, but it doesn't really tell you the actual physical dimensions of the frame. Scooters by wheel size helps indicate just how much the unit will sit off the ground but also the characteristics of the model. A smaller wheel for example will offer increased handling and control whereas a larger wheel will have more stability at high speeds.

Killer Motorsports offers scooters by wheel size in four different dimensions. Our 10” scooters are industry minimums while 16” rims are recommended for heavier riders who operate at higher speeds. The industry norms are 12” and 13” sized wheels but each rider has their own preferences.
