My Unit Won't Start

To be honest, this has never happened to us or any of our customers before, but I figured it would be a good thing to throw out here just in case. First, check your battery and make sure it has 100% charge. If the battery is good and everything powers on, then try to choke your unit. Check your gas to make sure you have flow to the engine (see above on how to check the lines). Check your intakes to make sure you have flow (see above on how to do this). Then, if it still wont start, remove the spark plug and put the plug back into the ignition coil, hold the coil with your handle, put the plug onto a ground or the engine, and then have someone try and start it. If the spark plug starts, great; if not, change your plug. If it still doesn't not spark, then you have a faulty ignition coil.
